@RIto: Regarding ardent censor and Mikael's Crucible changes in 6.13

For those who haven't seen the 6.13 patch note, is getting a buff where it increases healing and shielding by 15%, and this unique passive is carried on to and , BUT the passive names of these two ARE NOT THE SAME, which means you can stack 30% increased healing and shielding.

Edit: actually adds to 40% extra healing

No support is going to have both Mikael's and Ardent Censer in lane. Not even if you skip Sight Stone and don't upgrade the support item.

Heals already scale with AP.

Healing scaling off AP and scaling off healing itself is a huge different.

There is a huge different, because the 15% strength is **MULTIPLICATIVE **, which means it accounts AFTER AP SCALING is already counted in.

Lets' say Janna with only item 3504 , she would have 60 ap. Her E SHIELD STRENGTH: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 70% AP), lets use rank 3 as example, since most Janna max E.

Without new passive:160+(60*.7)=202 With new passive:[160+(60*.7)]*1.15=232

You see the difference?

Now instead of 1.15 use 1.4

202*1.4=282

that is 80 extra shielding from a 202 base value, that is A LOT for rank 3 E on a 1 item Janna.

Except that's not 1 item Janna any more. That's Janna after two items and an orphaned component, which kind of means that she's probably given up on Locket or actual high AP items.

It's all numbers in the end, dude. Yes, it might mean they do more healing or shielding, but if in return they're doing less damage, giving less AD and move speed and slow? That's a trade off.

Sorry you don't get 2 items at lv6 lol, no way you have 2 items at lv6. item 3504 is a great utility item that also gives a load of ap and very cheap Losing damage on a peeler is literally nothing, it's not a trade off because they don't do dmg at the first place. Also the AP scaling on most utilities(janna e giving ad, etc) had been reduced so utility supports aren't getting huge values by building AP.

RITO said they don't want utility supports to build AP.

Yeah you could get up to 45% if you stack 3 of those items...should make for everyone wanting to play raka sona thresh jaina any of the heal/shield supports. Sona will be double a pain in the ass since her W shields and heals...everyone in the area if effect. Well shields everyone and heals her and 1 other. I cant wait to see how it effects her healing.
