However Diana jungle needs some SERIOUS help. When Elko can jungle better than Diana there's an issue

also.. 48-49% winrate in the jungle is perfectly fine when diana is a mid laner anyways
is about the same as 
. who also cant even mid lane anymore. so i really don't see what the issue is.

before so the mage rework didnt affect her at all because she never built any of that anyway cept maybe 
and now its more expensive. The main issue is that champions with higher play rates like 
get buffed spesifically for the jungle while champions with lower play rates like 
are ignored for entire seasons. The last change that Diana got was an overall nerf and added clunkyness with her E change.
