A well known champ for being able to 100-0 people in under 1 second

Even if he manages not being able to 100-0 you with his abilities, builds like these item 3046 item 3031 item 3142item 3094 (forgot the rest of the item that ppl build him on, while the match history website isn't working for me atm) He can still manage to crit you along with his absurd attack speed steroids from his Q ability.

And a few days ago I just saw a 9/5 rengar 100-0ing 4 people when ulting in. (he was diamond 4 btw going up against gold-plat elos)

Anyway, how do you guys feel about this? Because playing up against him as an adc, assassin at mid and mages at mid are a real pain and annoyance for me whenever I go up against one.
