High amount of attack speed for a short time instead of a medium amount of attack speed for a medium time.

Hell, it could be a throwback to Sword of the Divine where it gets attack speed and/or guaranteed crits for only a few hits instead of being buffed for a set duration.

Quite frankly, since it seems to be pitched as an AD Assassin item, I don't see why it should have Attack Speed at all.
