She has 5 MIN COOLDOWN ON DOING ANYTHING. And you can get some mres/hp so she can't oneshot you and wastes it. Or, if you are ADC-that means your positioning is bad. Also, she is free-win-lane for anyone with decent ranged poke.

LB oneshots you every time her ult isn't on cooldown. Fizz oneshots you from lvl3 onwards. Lets not even talk about 50% critchance Tryndameres at lvl2. Oneshotting squishy targets is actually normal in this game. And Annie needs her ult for this, and it has some cd.

Azir can get a chuck down with to soilders well placed and then a q dash,

xin zhoa can get a good E,W,Q combo and do a poop ton of damage.

So Annie, LB, Fizz are toxic. Malzahar is toxic too, he also oneshots people from lvl6, and he has no skillshots to miss, and also he has %maxhp damage. Ekko and Riven can oneshot people with some items, and they have shields and mobility and CC, they must be toxic too. Chogath is toxic, he has too much damage, he also can oneshot people. Fiora(current), Diana, Kata, Khazix, Lissandra, Rengar, Zed also can easily oneshot without much counterplay, they are toxic too. So much toxic champs Or, maybe, oneshotting people at lvl6 if they don't get resist/hp is NORMAL, just as well as 1k dmg/AA for lategame ADCs or 5k HP and 200-300 resists for tanks

Its just a "logic" that if champion can oneshot someone that means he is toxic. I personally don't think any of them are OP or toxic or whatever you can call them. Except Fizz and Yi, **** untargetability with low cd

I mean their oneshots are annoying but they have counter as well. I hate yi, because once fed they just destroy everyone.

Everyone has the wombo abilities in game. Youre saying "WOW SHES OP WHEN SHE HAS HER ABILITIES UP" when alot of champs have great wombo power. You have to be ranged and just bop her down, her only to good abilities are her stun and ult. The others will get rid of health but not that much.
