All of a sudden stealth champions become balanced, and we don't have to nerf their abilities at all. No more rengar and shaco using ghostblade and tiamat to sneak up on/burst you while stealthed. The burst from their abilities is enough. Why do they need more free burst and/or mobility while stealthed?
