Is Ezreal super weak now?

He just does 0 damage in lane, if you have an all-in with an ezreal it's often auto loss. His damage is blocked by minions, his basic attacks are trash

When he gets items he takes off, but there's not much opportunity to kill your laners and get those items early, especially compared to other ADC's

I'd like to see Ezreal get some base AD or Base attack speed, with the max values (with levels and his passive) unchanged

Just because a champion does damage doesn't mean they're strong. You have to consider counterplay too. Akali is very strong but there's a reason she has less than a 44% winrate right now. Way too much counterplay in her kit.
