It wouldn't work that well with Jinx because her ultimate damage scales with range.

Champions far enough away from her to kill with ult could get the indicator. I agree it'd be weird though in those cases where the enemy is on the very cusp of the necessary range and has the indicator keeps disappearing and reappearing over their heads.

yeah so if they're far enough away the mark would show up, if not, then no mark

Really any one with a damaging ult in some way.

Lots of aoe ults could get an indicator and be strong
