Knockups aren't affected by Tenacity, and only a QSS+Blink (like Flash) will properly remove Knockup.

stun can be removed by item 3140 item 3222 and summoner 1. Its duration can also be reduced by tenacity.

there is nothing you can do about knockup. It's a consistent cc that cannot be countered by anything once it lands.

Edit: it's said that item 3140 can remove knockup as well. That I wasn't informed of and would like to see it verified. Doesn't make any sense to me, though, since knockup is a displacement type of crowd control rather than crowd control debuff. If qss can remove it, then qss ought to remove leesin's kick as well and as far as I know it doesn't.

When a launch (or any displacement effect) occurs, it stuns as well as launches (or displaces). QSS will remove the stun portion, allowing the use of Flash. I can't remember if other instant spells are usable, but I want to say they are. It might be limited to just instant dashes and blinks, though.

Lee Sin's kick has a hidden suppress tied to it.

Also, knockups stack. If you have five champions stun you for 1 second at the same time, you're stunned for 1 second. If five champions knock you up for 1 second at the same time, you're airborne for quite a while. I'm not sure if it's straight additive (would it be 5 seconds, or somewhere in between 1 and 5?), but it certainly is there.

Also, knockups interrupt dashes. If Zac is using his E to engage, a Janna or Thresh knockup will stop his E from knocking up and damaging his opponents. If Annie or Taric stuns him, then the move will still finish, and he just won't be able to act after landing.

knockups are not affected by tenacity while stuns are.
