He can't have all 2. He needs 1 toned down.

Fuckarim can ghost + E and run at you like sonic and ult at you from like half the lane away and one shot you with all that movement speed. He can murder your ass so fast, from so far away, that it's almost impossible to react to a good Hecarim as a squishy. Although in terms of damage, they're both fucking stupid. With courage they can both dive in, one shot the ADC, and escape with that big ass shield.
NiceTryVi1 votesThe issue in both cases remains CoC. Vi was an average jungler before it, and Hec was a good jungler, but not obscenely broken. Riot fucked up with CoC and now its making all kinds of issues.
