Does Taric's W have a Tether Range Limit?

Im really wondering about this because that could open up a whole other game for Taric since he could place his W on his ADC at the beginning of the game, yet head Top Lane. Then there is about 2.5 people down bot at all times with only a little trade off Top. Plus, if thinks get bad, he can just use his W on himself to survive and it's all good.

I think you see the tether range in the preview of the skills when they click on a champ to select to bond. It's pretty large but not like what you're suggesting.

The range is smaller than the view of your screen, if that makes any sense.

So no, you have to be in lane with Taric for his spells to benefit you.

That being said, if he cast w and you walked out of the tether range, you will lose the "benefits" you get from it, however he does not need to cast it again, you just need to walk into the tether range again.

It has a limited range. It also wears off in a short time

it does not wear of, as soon as the chosen allie is back in range, you duplicate your abilities again. it even works beyond death.
