Because if you move up or not relies on 3 or 5 games. Sure if I belong to a higher ELO I will eventually go up. But with the current system, situations like above are harm full like no others. Not only am exposed to trolls and what not on champ select, but if I decide to dodge it counts as a lost.
Now I need to win 2 of my next games just so I can move a little bit up on the ladder.
The problem is that you CAN actually be held back by your teammates with this system.
But like I said, if I belong to a higher tier I will EVENTUALLY get there. Question is how long will it take, and how the experience to get there will be?

No dude, Im bitching because first pick didnt ban cuz he client fucked up. When told to dodge (because it was his fault and he was crippling the team) he said no. And if you read chat you can see they are like "Im gonna troll" "will im gonna troll harder". The fact that he took my role it's just the icing of the cake.
I also lost second game. Totally legit fair and square, but if hadnt lost my first game of promos giving this unfortunate event I wouldnt have to fight my way over to 100lp again.

I played super successfully and only about 2 games of the 18 I played had trolls.
I received compliments on my play and my warding, and had tons of fun.
My win rate on my account is less than 40% this season. Fell from b2 to b4.
I dont understand how a win/loss system dictates my skill in a team game with strangers.
I can play (and be an asset) at diamond level.
But in bronze every game is a coin flip.
I feel trapped.

Dont want to be rude, but it's because you are support main.
In all honestly it doesnt take much skill to play support at high levels of play. All you need it's to be an idiot and ward alot.
And on bronze I dont think supports really work. I mean you may ward all the map, but if people dont look at the map, or even listen to your pings, there is nothing you can do. If you want to carry by being support, play something like annie or zyra. They have good carry potential and are good supports.
