I hear a lot of people talk about lucian or trist needing buffs, and even varus got his buffs, but kalista is in a far worst state than either of those 3. I legit havent seen kalista at all in season 6. Infact, ever since the marksmen update in general, I havent seen much of her. She has been overnerfed to hell and pretty much left to rot, pretty much the same treatment aatrox got.
Currently she has the lowest winrate out of all the ADCs, nearing close to 44%.

she just does too much of everything and riots terrified of her just smashing back into the meta, so theyre rly careful about her same with azir
