i guess the ult instant cast bug is real! sadly it isnt intended to be like that.

I don't see how its not fair. Annie can use her ult instantly. Why can't fiddlesticks. They both are squishy immobile mages.

I mean at least lower the channel time every time you put in a rank into his ult.

his ult is aoe cc with sustained high amount of aoe dmg with an huge aoe and its mobile. therefore it is fair for it to have a cast time.

Fiddle's ulti is just a high damage AoE. Crowd Control comes from his Q ( Fear ) and his E ( Silence. )

Guess nobody does play Fiddle anymore with the jungle item changes.
