Yeah, no, I agree with this. I've actually made support tickets double-reporting a few Dravens on my team who die once in the lane phase and then spend the rest of the game flashing at teammates, using their ults to steal jungle camps from the jungler, and generally being a toxic P.O.S. And it's not just 'Oh that person is just toxic' it is seriously the champion. He does so much unbridled un-outplayable unnecessary damage that people who play him expect to win 1,000% of the time or they just in and feed because they didn't go 25-0. Something needs to be done about Draven, just, in general. Ever since his release, (Remember when his Q applied a DoT?) he's gotten small nerfs here and there, but nothing nerely considered 'enough' in my opinion. He's still always had the potential crit for over two thousand damage with proper runes and items and I think that's absolutely disgusting. Honestly, I wouldn't lose any sleep if they just permanently disabled him. But League would definitely lose about 14% of its toxic community...
Draven is an adc and adcs get special treatment in league. There's no way a ADC can ever be OP! ADCS ARE ALL WEAK
