Matchmaking needs a rework
The players need to have options for how strict they want their matchmaking to be. If a player wants a longer queue time just to be matched evenly, they should have that option. The last game I played was me and a friend, silver, and our darius and malzhar were unranked. Our quinn was bronze 1. Their team was all silver with a gold jhin.
You cannot talk sense into some of these players so if instead I could just play with people my skill level against my skill level the game might be more fun.
