Taric Nerf

With Taric being able to cast his abilities off of allies as well now, he has really strong lane dominance in duo lanes. My suggestion is that whenever he casts an ability off of himself and his ally is to make it cost double mana. Double the abilities, double the mana cost. It only seems fair. If he doesn't have enough mana for the double cast and only enough for the one on himself, then it only casts on himself then.
