Get rid of Yasuo's stupid crit passive

A good idea for a passive that fits him thematically:

Wind Samurai: Every 10 seconds, Yasuo's next basic attack will make him fly to his target and suppress them with the force of wind. Range: 750, Suppress duration: 2 seconds. Steel tempest reduces the cooldown by 1 second per enemy hit (doubled vs champions).

Sounds like someone is salty. This is a dumb passive request, it would be stupid. It would make a lot of cheesing potential be able to happen. This would be a major rework, what should be changing is his opponents being able to see his e cooldown on minions..
