I don't understand the magus to runeglaive changes
What was overpowered about magus being a pure ap item that it had to be changed into a hybrid item?
In particular, why can't it be the season 4 jungle item so more ap champions can jungle?

I don't mind, though. Getting freelo because a scrub picked Smite Ezreal isn't all that bad.
GinoSoldier1 votesThere wasn't anything overpowered about Magus. The reason it was changed is because it was lame and actually benefited maybe three champions to any amount. Most AP junglers would rush their jungle upgrade and just go on to build something else. Runeglaive gives constant, low cooldown, low cost, scaling damage to any AP champion, which is amazing,
It is a tad underwhelming right now though, so it's getting buffed a bit (while the extreme case of AP Runeglaive Ezreal is being handled another way).
