Nerfing 2 hp? Where the hell are you seeing that?

And 3 base AD or 5 base damage to an ability is more than you'd think. A lot more. ±5ms is a massive number change, even though it's a small number.

how is that massive lol

Lee Sin lost 5 MS. And his winrate dropped %2 overnight. And we can all agree that Mordekaiser will be busted the second he's given a decent move speed. And Ashe would be oppressive as fuck just one MS tier up...

MS is the most powerful tool in the game. It is the absolute toggle for "Viable, busted, and useless". You nerf someone's MS, and you can completely gut them. Buff it, and you can instantly break them.

u talked about ms and i talked about the amount

5 ms not a big deal 15 is good 20 is a big deal

Dude. 5 MS is massive, when the total variance in MS between everyone is thirty. -5ms dropped Lee Sin's winrate by two percent, when the general range is 45-55%.

bad argument

so even if lee sin got -5 ms maybe in that patch some champs became more OP because of buffs or an item so he was weak against them = therefore his winrate dropped by 2%

Are you talking about the +3 Base damage, +5 base Ability damage, and +2 HP per level?

• +3 Base Damage: it counts towards your Auto Attack, and you just gotta auto attack in this game so no matter how you look at this, it's a significant buff.

• +5 base Ability damage: Similar to auto attack, you don't just cast it once and get it over with. I do not know the impact of this in comparison to base damage but it's a +5 for everytime you cast it. Don't tell me you've never seen someone walks away with 2 or 3 HP; the job could've been done if the buff was implemented.

• +2 HP per level: Easier math, 2 x 18 = 36 more HP at lvl 18 that pans out starting from lvl 1. Think of how many times you wish you could survive with 1 HP. Well this might just make those wishes a little closer.

still so small and has no impact it is like "placebo effect"

doctor gives u fake pills if u have no disease and still feel better eating candy pills

You should stop trying to defend your point, it has been invalidated by evidence.

You're just farming down votes at this point.

Nerfs and buffs are generally done on lower ends so as to impact win and or pick rates just enough to help establish and maintain a 50/50 ratio.
