Can we do for Elise what we did for Ekko?
As in, cut her bases a bit and buff her scaling in compensation? I know Runeglaive is her most common enchant in solo queue at the moment but that's more because it's more fun than Cinderhulk than anything - in pro play full tank Elise continues to reign supreme and if you ask me, a big reason she's so dominant in competitive play is her ability to build full tank and in the process, cut out any and all risk she would otherwise have in her kit.
She should need to build damage, she's a mage/assassin character and building full tank to take advantage of her bases and Cocoon is just off. Make it so that she needs a moderate amount of AP to contribute to the game but when she builds AP she has a stronger contribution than she has right now. Elise could so easily be the premier AP fighter jungler (which is different from Nid and Ekko cos they're more assassiny) but when she's best with Cinderhulk she's basically just a female Gragas and that's not only boring as hell but as we've seen from Gragas's continued dominance, broken competitively.
