Everyone keeps telling me to build Ezreal like an adc instead of like a caster...

If this build is SOOO good, prove it. Show me a game where you rushed infinity, phantom/statik shiv/rapidfire cannon/runaans, etc and it worked out well. I literally NEVER see people build this way. Maybe in blind pick (but then again EVERYTHING works in blind pick). Everyone always rushes tear/ibg, etc. And guess what? Even that build sucks. Ezreal in general just SUCKS. Please buff him.
