I'd replace item 3504 with item 3050 you loose some speed but you benefit more from the speed you have.

This reminds me of an Aram game where i was Zilean pre-rework. It lasted 50 minutes only because i kept reviving our carry and after many, many team fights, the enemy team finally made a mistake and we pushed to win.
