Can you just give Yasuo and entirely new passive?

The rest of his kit is fine, just his passive is overloaded.

It's really not though. His Q does reduced crit damage, so even if he manages to harass you with it, its weaker than his autos, and you can itemize against his damage pretty good until he lands an ult, and when he lands one, it's an ult. It's supposed to be strong.

If you're not gonna present an actual argument and just say (well, not even say--imply?) to rework Yasuo, take it to M&G. You give Yasuo haters a bad name.

New passive: he's so dumb to respawn in the enemies' fountain causing he to spend the rest of the game dead.

I always thought his passive was a bit strong, because he doesn't have to build but one nondamaging crit item instead of maybe 2 to get 100% crit chance but his damage is only cut by 10%. To get 100% crit on any other champ without runes you'd have to buy a shiv and ie and then a phantom dancer(no damage) and then on top of that have to fill the other 20% crit with an item with wasted benefits. That's just my thoughts.

He spikes too hard with Phantom + Crit Cloak imo, and he does too much damage with just a BF Sword. Although, considering Lux can and will oneshot you with just a Needlessly, that one's probably not a real problem.

Still, getting to 100% crit at the same time someone finishes their Triforce is pretty insane for someone whose damage doesn't fall off, and only scales harder from then on, and is also not particularly weak before that either (Triforce users are known to be weak before they get Triforce/Sheen, and then fall off after 2/3 items) due to being an auto attacker which makes him innately more powerful early game.
