I hate autofill

Like, every time I check why my team was so bad I see that they were autofilled to that role. I hate losing only because our autofilled players are not able to play their roles. I would love autofill to be removed. Especially that support is no longer the role that people get usually autofilled into.

If autofill is removed then being able to choose your role isn't going to be possible. You don't seem to understand why autofill is something that is necessary if you want to have games in any decent amount of time whatsoever.
