Your adc does not have automatic priority to your buffs/shields. I would rather you use your shield on the jg vi who is carrying and not the vayne who is tumbling into 5 enemies and is feeding.

Rather, it'd be nice if Riot made Enchanter items tailored to help more other classes than ADCs. Censer works on everyone, yes, but it's designed for ADCs. We could use some new toys.
