Q: Infected Cleaver Cost: 35 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 75 Health Cooldown: 6.5 seconds

Active: Dr. Mundo throws a cleaver in the target direction that if hit an enemy will slow them by 20% for 2 seconds as well as in addition Dr. Mundo gains 20% movement speed for 2 seconds. If Dr. Mundo basic attacks the enemy that was hit by the cleaver he takes back the cleaver that refunds the full cooldown of this ability.
