My top lane is 0-3-0 at level 6, guess I'll just let the enemy Irelia stomp my entire team

Because if I try to help the losing top by ganking, she's just going to get a double kill, so I'm forced to either let her AFK farm to her power spike and stomp my entire team once she hits it. Replace Irelia with almost any bruiser/juggernaut and it still applies.

Can we make top less of a clusterfuck for next season? It's dumb how much of a lost cause the lane is if one player is outplayed. At least middle and bottom can be helped.

This has happened in all seasons.

Just type season 2 Olaf in you tube. If he won lane he would essentially 1 vs 5 the enemy team by himself no assistance required. And this was every game.
