...Do you think simply making his passive not work on towers (the AA bonus damage) would be all he needs?
He'd still be strong in all lanes since his W is so powerful, but at least it would take SOME of the early pressure away.

or just remove his w damage execute to towers
he won't be, ADC's will be buffed in some way that or items.
sorry ill be more specific,
they will be buffed across the boards by either a flat number addition/tweak to their base AD ratio's or they will have items re-itemised again (ok more re-visited) which in turn will buff them.
a blanket buff, not individual.
well.. leblanc can instakill you with the players eyes close, but your problem is the 1 ziggs you find in 1/200 games , W skill ? lol :)
