So one more period of time mundo is OP and the game is just sad and boring to play

So why riot dosent just rework mundo to something more healthy for the game?

This champion every time he is strong he is just disgusting to play against and just make the game sad and boring because nobody want to play against a champion like that

But when he is not strong he is just useless

So i wonder why riot keep champion like mundo in the game in their current state? why dont just rework them or for real now not a joke delete them or make them unable to play till they are reworked

Now i know all the "main" who pretty much never touch mundo the last 5 seasons but now that he is broken they all gonna say how "balanced" and how you can counter when he have 58% win ratio atm and the game have heal reduction ITEM but it mean nothing

So can riot do something about this champions?
