Champions That Need Serious Buffs

This does not include champions that are scheduled for reworks.

The fact that riot has these champions in the game and basically does nothing to help them is astounding. They can give Lee Sin a new gigantic nuke on his Ult but they can't let anivia have her toggle ult on while CC'd just like Swain or Maokai? Their priorities just make no sense to me. They have these champions sitting here who obviously need buffs (some can be argued but the majority do) and it seems like all they do is tweak already strong champions. We arent asking for full reworks like the juggernauts but simply straight up ignoring them is horrible.

Riot please do something for these champions even if it is small to show the community you haven't just completely forgotten about them in favor of more flashy/popular champions. How hard would it honestly be to take Aatrox and do something small like buffing his base health and health per level ?
