I suspect that Riot has hidden processes that skew stats without changing visible numbers to hide it. This helps continue loss streaks by stacking the enemy team behind the scenes.

You're not that important that riot is going to write more complicated code to try to make sure you keep losing games. There are 9 other players in every game, they aren't going to go out of their way to make sure it's a shitty game for 4 of them. There's also 0 reason riot would want players to lose more, as every loss just makes it more likely for you to stop playing and thus stop supporting the game. When you come up with conspiracy theories, take a second and think: who benefits from this? In this case, literally no one.

There's literally no upsides to building a secret system to make your players lose more and thus make them feel frustrated. It's not only a conspiracy theory, but it's one that doesn't even have a good rationale for the conspiracy.
