EDIT: The ADCs are here because kiting should be considered skill,Ezreal is skillshot based and isn't as straightforward like other adcs,who are right click/button mash gg

but yeah besides those that you listed, minus GP not many champions in this game require a whole lot of skill
Tsugaga2 votesHow does Cait, Ez, and GP take a lot of skill? Xerath doesn't take much skill, aside from his ult. Many champions aren't hard to play, however every champion has a skill level that's equally noticeable when comparing low skill play to high skill play.

Frost the Reaper1 votesIn all honesty Each person who plays this game will click with certain champions (Mine are jinx, annie, Trundle, and a few others who are my cream of the crop.) Now sure not all of those listed have a high skill cap, but without that kind of click you just need to practice. And to all of you who are like "Ezreal takes skill? Lul, Riven takes skill? lul" I've played both of them and If i ever intended to actually play them in ranked I would need practice to learn them. Some champions are skill based entirely (Ezreal) and so overall can be more difficult to learn.
