Anti-Burst item & Keystone

New item:

+100 AP +250 Mana +45 Armor Gives a shield similar to Pantheon that blocks the first basic attack received while in combat with enemy champions. Kind of the defensive version of Stormrazor. Build path: seeker's armguard, blasting wand, sapphire crystal.

That should provide an option for mages that need mana and ap but also armguard to survive. Also stops forcing zhonyas to be built if you just want the ap/armor from seekers. Given how insane burst is right now, how most of the problematic burst has some sort of auto attack involved and how mages need to build mana early more than ever, this item makes sense to add to the rift.

New Keystone:

I don't have any good ideas for this but we need a keystone that keeps YOU alive. All keystones always either do damage or provide some sort of utility or both. There's no straight forward keystone that just prevents the person who took it from dying a little less fast.

Maybe:

You passively have a shield that grants 30% damage reduction, and every time you get hit by an attack or ability(including toggle ticks but not dots) that reduction is reduced by 5%. Then goes on cooldown and then resets out of combat.

That's OP

Here's a more balanced version

Gain a shield that grants 30% damage reduction for the next auto attack or ability received from an enemy champion (excluding True Damage). This shield recharges over 30 seconds when out of combat with enemy champions.

Similar cooldown to Malzahar's passive.

why would you ever build this in place of banshees, that blocks 100%?

infact, why not just buff banshees to block either a spell an auto attack?

im not saying we should ever give mages or marksmen something like the op suggests though.

yea, banshee blocks 100% and it's still not even considered that good. Auto attacks, unlike abilities, have no cooldown and are delivered fast as hell so I'm sure blocking one isn't that op
