The Armor/Mr it provide are good!
But for me it would need to give some combat stats
Ex: You deal 10% of the Void spawned damage with your AA when the portal is active!!
So when you throw down the portal your would deal 10% of void spawned damage with your AA
so if the portal deal 300 Damage with the minions your AA would deal 30 more damage!!

hmmm if a bruiser take this item that AD that would provide would be 20 MAX 30 because bruisers dont build full tank!!!
So yeah...this item right now its not used because
A-way to expensive B-no combat stats just armor/mr
So yeah it need some buffs
