Is Wukong jungle still ok?

Took a long break from LoL and am debating giving it another go. Havent been on the rift since season 5. My favorite champ to play is Wukong in the jungle. My question; is Wukong still ok for jungling? I know when I left he had some serious early clear problems that made him super susceptible to counter jungling.

Also, what other junglers are strong right now? Besides Malz

I should also point out I was a low ELO player. Normally got matched against gold/silver in norms

That's really not true though Wukong has unique traits that make him stand out.
