Malady was an old item that was kind of like a combined Nashor's Tooth and Wit's End. Would it be too good right now if it was in the game?

It's a combination of Nashor's Tooth and Wit's End into one item, but I wonder if that itself would be a good item.

Actually, current Nashor's Tooth is a reworked hybrid of old Nashor's Tooth AND Malady. Happened something like three-four seasons ago.

Imo it'd be borderline garbage. The stats granted are average/bad. It's a low cost item, so in a full build it feels lacking. Nashor's Tooth grants potent CDR, and Wit's end has a bunch of magic resist (and yet is still weak-ish right now). In any case, neither of these items is gamebreaking, and Malady wasn't that good. I don't think it'd be good right now.
