Why not remove the slow from cho's rupture

Seems like an easy way to trim power away from the kit. Not to mention with the addition of CC into his E on top of the other power it got, I think it would be a reasonable way to bring him more into line.

They don't have to do anything like that, only thing he needs would be to remove the item 3193 + Ultimate combo. Though personally, I don't even mind that combo or anything of Chogath but if something was to be hit from him, I feel the synergy with stoneplate is reasonable.

they will not remove the ultimate combo, they will balance the champion around it,because its a unique feature.

Either we make Cho a juggernaut or we make him a disrupty tank.

If we're going for the second, we should rework/ignore his ult and nerf his base damages until he functions as an actual tank-tank.

If we're going for the first, we should've reworked his E into something else. Juggernauts with oneshot potential are the worst ones, take Garen. More DPS would be better, hell old E would've been better. Reliable DPS + no extra CC. We would also have to get rid of his Silence on W, or rework his Q. Else he would have too much CC. I say rework Q, it's kinda iconic but it doesn't really have anything to do with his theme as a void monster who eats stuff.
