What was riot smoking when making yasuo?

Why he has a skill that single handlely makes Marksmen and mages useless?

Why he has a infinite dashing ability? (3 on champions?)

Why he is resourceless when he uses wind magic?

Yes i am complaining, call me bronzie or anything, but it wont change the fact he is dumb to lane against

Oh, they were fixated with I believe their designer CertainlyT. He's brought you other broken on release champs like Zyra and Kalista. Can't recall who else he made, but I think he had yet to make one that didn't have an overloaded kit and wasn't OP at birth.
