Remove Rubber Banding XP

This is the most incompetent thing Riot has ever done. Pathing as jungle is almost trivial because you'll always be within one level of the enemy as long as you gank.

All this does is serve to make it harder to punish bad junglers. This isn't how one designs a competitive game.

Rubberbanding means there's a mechanic that allows someone who is behind to get ahead. For League, the only mechanics in place for experience is allowing people to not fall too far behind.

Having someone automatically lose due to having one camp taken by the enemy jungler isn't good design either. Riot is constantly trying to balance jungling, counterjungling, and ganking (with the various types of junglers). The jungle goes through massive overhauls every single season and many smaller changes throughout the season due to this.

You shouldn't be rewarded for being outplayed.

Being able to just gank with impunity is even worse design. It used to be the mark of a bad jungler to just spam ganks because they were asking to get carried. Early game junglers should be sacrificing scaling for their pressure.

They do. Its called getting counterjungled.

Which is of little to no consequence when they get free XP from the kill and soaking lane XP as they shove.

Whoa, getting rewards for a successful gank? Thats crazy!

Its not free XP. If its an unsuccessful attempt they lose a lot more. If they die they transfer buffs to the enemy. If they soak XP they put thier laner behind. Do you even jungle breh? lolz
