Don't be surprised by the buffs for 9.18 and 9.19
Riot likes having certain champs being picked at worlds so they buff them right before worlds. This is not new

What buffs are you expecting for 9.19?
Two things:
a) makes no sense they are buffing champions that see no play in worlds anyways and will only ruin soloQ again b)The way they are buffing worlds will be really shit to watch if they continue like this and caitlyn/lee are top dogs again throw in a possible zoe midlane domination depending on how hard they nerf qiyana, sylas, akali c)Then fuckin say it already and don't against all facts and logic claim they got "overnerfed"
