doesnt matter if you changed the name, its still thunderlords and we all know it. it always overshadows the other keystones in the same tree and also compared to the others its safe and never falls off. either nerf it or change it to something entirely different.

That's always going to be appealing to players, it's always going to be easy to understand and get value out of, so it's always going to be a generally good choice as long as the numbers on it aren't absolute trash.

thats fine, but if that is going to be the case then dont let it compete with other damage runes. Reason being is because you will either always pick thunderlords over that other damage rune (in this case dark harvest) or you will never pick it and always pick the other one instead. it can compete with a rune like predator because predator is more of a niche utility pick for certain junglers

its not even one of the best keystones like Aftershock or PtA (before the nerf at least)

Just because its generic and brainless doesn't make it bad or broken.
