Does Warlords work on Ashe?

They made some weird change a while back where Ashe has normal crit chance in addition to her passive but instead of increasing the damage she does it increases the slow, apparently those are the ones that work with warlords somehow. Since it only works on champions now I think they should probably just change it back to the way it was after the rework.

I have seen a few posts like this. Maybe Riot made it so that it doesn't work on Ashe like this, because every attack is a critical hit.

She was abusing it AND she was getting hard-countered by Randuin, so they changed it so that the crit scaling is just bonus damage on her autos, and her actual crits don't deal more damage but rather slow for more. So, her critting slow procs warlord's, her bonus damage on every autoattack doesn't.
