Rough Estimate: Just for shits and giggles. Adding up all the items x31 (5 ppl x6 items each + 1 extra that he is still able to sell you) with the passives from just seraphs, muramana, deathcap, and cinderhulk:

You have:

This isn't without item passives and stuff like that.

Ya know...never thought about Vayne and Fiora lol. All you need is a champ like Fid to Fear Mr. Shopkeeper +1 follow up CC and he would go doooown pretty fast with a Vayne and Fiora ult.

Wouldn't be fun anymore. Unless Thornmail killed Fiora before the she got shopkeeper. Oh the possibilities that we will never know :(

even with bad scalings, nashor's tooth passive and a lichbane proc on 1 attack at almost 92k AP is bound to hurt (over 13.5k damage per nashors proc lol) and even veigar can't help you there cause the guy has 24 freaking thousand magic resist, which puts him at 99.4% damage reduction even after voidstaff :(

How to beat him if he is a neutral boss and both teams work together.

Vayne builds Sated Devourer and gets 2.5 attack speed. Kayles ult the Vaynes and they go ham with silver bolts. Kindred ults just as Kayle's ult ends and the other Kindred ults when that ult ends which means the Vaynes have 11 seconds of free ham-going without being 1 shot by thorns. 11 seconds would give them 27.5 attacks before frozen heart and randuin's passives which makes it 19.9 attacks or just 19 possible.

Procs for devourer and silver bolts would be: 1000100010001000100 0100101010010100101

This makes for a total of 16 procs and 192% of the shopkeeper's hp. If he has a base regen of 0 it is possible to kill him with 2 teams. With only 1 team you can only do 66% of his hp in damage.

Edit: I left everyone else out because Vlad's ult is the only thing that would make any difference assuming it works with true damage (not sure if it does or not). I did the math on if trundle ults him to take 40% of his MR and then a 2000 ap Veigar with void staff ults him. Vaigar's ult would do 766 damage which is negligible.

I did factor that. It would be possible to stun lock him with the other 4 players. 2 Ashes can stun for 7 seconds and a number of other champions could stun for the remaining 4 seconds.

A combination of many different champions could completely cc lock a single enemy forever with 45% cdr. Fiddlesticks, Teemo, Nami, Elise, and quite a few more could easily accomplish this. Fiddlesticks has a 2.25 second fear on a 6.05 second cd and Teemo has a 2.5 second blind on a 4.4 second cd. All you need to permanently cc him is a Teemo on each team. If you also have a Fiddlesticks this ensures that the use of the sash cleanse doesn't matter.

Consider your shielding and healing when you come back to base... You think that's from your Nexus? No, that's the shopkeeper. He's the ultimate support, starting at level 18 each match. It's his passive ability, with his Q being a resurrection. His E makes the minions spawn, and his W controls the turrets. His R is actually turning the minions to their stronger forms. What do you think those inhibitors were actually suppressing?
