He doesn't proc melee thing for relic, yet he can't buy "ranged only" items. Rito, make up your mind.

I could have sworn when he first came out, he was considered a ranged, tank? And technically his auto attacks are ranged so...I'd like to know the same.

Trivia : Thresh and Kayle (E) are the only two ranged champions whose attacks can bypass Windwall and Unbreakable as they are not projectiles.

Viktor's Q enhanced auto attack is also not considered a projectile, and I believe Vel'Koz's auto attacks aren't considered projectiles either.
