Little strong, not broken. haven't had him going too ham without someone seriously feeding.

He is ok at best. His lane is meh and he can be kited to hell. I would choose full tank over him anytime, since they all have retarded dmg when going full tank somehow, while jax is kind of squishy. Jax is dominant 1v1, but in teamfights he just explodes. Unless he is fed of course in which case you just lose the game... High risk, high reward.
