Patch 8.12: The Patch That Introduced Tons of Strategies
Bruiser Bottom Lane

Take a Bruiser Bottom Lane with a high crowd control support, usually being a Tank, and use your early game advantage through your high damage and/or mobility to murder the enemy laners.
Mage Bottom Lane
Note: Still fairly experimental

Take a Mage with CC and/or healing along with a low cool down spam spell and win the early game through wombo ability combos with your support as well as your usually superior range.
Double Support Bottom Lane Insert Support here
Forsake Bottom Lane as a damage role in order to make the laning phase as uninteractive as possible and punish enemies who try and interact with endless crowd control and poke damage. Rely on other roles to carry the game by using your combined spells to make them near invincible.
Ornn Bottom Lane

Freaking Ornn comes in with his large ass hammer and whacks people with the Brittle debuff so his support can CC them for so longer that they might as well just take a break and go make some coffee.
Hyper Carry Gold Funnel

+
Note: This strategy is different than normal and there is still likely more combos here
Take the gold worth of two positions and funnel it into one guy, usually by exploiting how much mana that Blue Buff gives in order for them to easily spam spells to clear the Jungle stupidly quickly and cover whichever lane they need to cover. Likely easily disrupted if the enemy is counter jungling as a warning.
I'm honestly so glad this patch introduced so many new strategies and I'll be BEYOND saddened if the game reverts to where it was before this patch. We need to brew up strategies like this more and make sure we take this strange new patch to new heights by continuing to brew up more and more strategies.
