Sion is still a bad champion

One of the lowest base health in the entire game, close to Sona's.

Needs over 150 cs with a few of them being cannons to reach the normal base health of a bruiser.

Now I'm not saying that's hard but what are the odds you will EVER reach that in aram? Dominion?

Why did old Sion have the same base health as a normal Bruiser at level 18 but this new one has roughly 500-600 less?

Not to mention his ults steering is so bad.

His ultimate steering is appropriate, but his health is still a little low. You do get a lot of CS as Sion though.
