How is Ezreal balanced?

Literally tops every DPS chart whenever I see him played against me or with me, even when I play him.

Having so much poke at your disposal + nuke + safety is imo why he is seen almost every single game.

If the game with Ezreal goes past 30 min the entire game warps and devolves into "Can we kill Ezreal before pokes down our entire team" which involves catching him through his multiple flashes.

This champion just flies under the radar because he isn't as flashy as other champions and has to play against the likes of Xayah / Kaisa / Ashe / Caitlyn etc

Hopefully this poke assassin can finally get gutted in Season 10 or replaced with mages, I am sick and tired of the biggest stat checker class in game (ADCs) right clicking me to death while being untouchable.

He's entirely skillshot reliant and while, yes, his damage numbers compare to other top adcs, don't let that fool you, he is actually pretty trash. The difference between ezreal damage and other adcs is most of his damage is meaningless poke. He is annoying for sure, but he is barely dangerous. He doesn't oneshot entire teams like the actual top adcs so meh, whatever

Uh. easy. Stop face tanking his Skillshots. hes not that safe if hes aggresive and uses E to go in, otherwise, just catch him out like you do anybody else. he doesnt top dps charts, his dps is alr but its not the best.

A champion with a flash that deals damage with a short cooldown that gets even shorter if he hits some skillshots even on minions can't be balanced.

Ezreal is no exception to the Marksman trait of "If they get fed good luck"

Ezreal has to hit skillshots which cannot penetrate enemies in order to deal damage for a large portion of the game, especially when most ezreals today don't build crit + attack speed as much as other ADCs.

Ezreal's escape has a large enough delay to enable CC to stop it, as well as set up AoEs to where you think he might be going. It also doesn't go very far, and most characters with a movespeed buff from the support or an item can catch up fast.

He's not balanced; he's in dire need of some buffs.

Dunno what to say. He's the worst ADC, second only to Kalista who is Riot's designated intentional failure. If he's topping the damage charts, there's gotta be some other reason why his winrate is 46% in your elo.
