Grave's still a tank and not an ADC
When is he being reworked?
When is he being reworked?
They need to put back some of the damage in his kit, and remove the ridiculous resistance gains from true grit.
They said they wanted him to feel like he had an actual shotgun, so why is he winning long trades by being tanky rather than blowing people up? Probably because his release was so overtuned, maybe RIOT is scared of realising that concept.
His resistances need to go for sure.
You usally need at least two people to shut him down or he will just tank all your damage and burst you down in a few seconds. He's still extremely broken imho and just destroys any fun you might have in top lane or jng. There's little to nothing you can do about him if he gets even slitghly ahead.
I dunno, we need more diversity in the marksmen. They can't all be full crit, privileged ADC's.

Gnar and Jayce are not full crit ADC, however, if you into bot lane, crit is what you are supposed to build the vast majority of the time as it is generally the most effective.

Crit works on AA centric champions. But obviously Some ADC's are less AA centric than others. And those ADC's will tend to follow non standard build options for an ADC. (Would you really build Crit on Ez?)
The only item advertised as an ADC item to help casters is ER. Which offers CDR and a mana refund mechanic. However this only affects the ADC's ability to spam the spell, without actually bolstering the strength of the spells themselves. Not to mention that ER requires another crit item to be fully online.
In contrast the Armor pen items. (Designed mainly for Assassins, but is apparently being abused) Actually offers the caster ADC's with increased damage on their spells. Since the Armor pen, acts on both the base, and scaling damage. All while offering a much earlier power spike.

I'm aware of this. If you check my post history you'll see I argued why IE and ER were good on Jayce and did not turn him into an ADC knock-off due to the raw AD still benefiting his ability to to dish out damage. If I'm playing Ezreal, my full build is: triforce, infinity edge, botrk/bloodthirster, essence reaver/manamune, and Berserker's Greaves. I do not believe in buying ice-born gauntlet as a replacement for my inability to land skill-shots or my team's inability to provide adequate cc, nor do I believe in giving up 100% additional base autoattack damage for a piss poor sized slow field. If I do build an attack speed+crit item which is not entirely useless then statik shiv + Q proc will actually deal surprisingly high burst damage, however, you will never ever see me touch Rapidfire Cannon or Phantom Dancer as RC is simply for increasing AA range and PD is for ensuring you can autoattack your opponent to death while providing modest survivability.

Triforce offers CDR and respectable damage, though I will admit that it is hardly cost efficient anymore, and would love it if they brought back the AP and crit, as the excuses Riot gave for their removable were complete and utter horse shit. With a caster like Corki, hybrid pen runes fix the issue of damage, and the ER vs BC+YGB is situational, which dictates that if the enemy is tanky I go standard crit as even with Lucian's q+passive it will only reduce 15% armor with Black Cleaver, I have to hope I don't get disrupted during my dash or W, otherwise I have to ult and fall back, whereas if I'm against a squishy, the flat pen is great, and the hp from cleaver just makes me tankier than them and bruisers/fighters who don't build as much armor can be shredded down with much more ease. With the crit build and Last Whisper, I can do my damage more immediately to those tanks after murdering the carry.

I hate the fact that any adc can build Black Cleaver. Youmuu's ghost-blade I don't have a problem with, but Black Cleaver on an ADC undermines the tanks they are playing against by reducing their armor as opposed to simply ignoring it with Last Whisper. This creates a situation in which thornmail is barely effective with stacked armor, as the additional damage it does scales with bonus armor, however, if that armor is being reduced by a whole 30%, then the reflection damage thornmail deals gets reduced, and the armor becomes more or less useless. This is compounded by the fact that the ADC is no longer as squishy as they would normally be due to the fact that Black Cleaver also grants health, and while I would not call it a toxic form of itemization, I would not call it healthy either, I would say it stumbles a thin line.
Youre wrong. Hes not a tank.
Hes a ranged assassin burst mage ADC bruiser mobile tank.
You're right bro, sorry!
When is he being reworked?
Graves isn't a tank, nor was he reworked to be an ADC. He's a short-ranged bruiser. He's also not OP anymore.
